- Runs Small by Design: The size chart for our CoreFlow™ leggings reflects their compression nature—sizes may run smaller than average, If you’re between sizes or prefer a less snug, everyday fit, we recommend sizing up. When you receive them, they may look small but do note that they STRETCH!
- Comfort for Everyday Wear: These leggings are ideal for light to moderate activities and everyday wear, providing support without feeling overly tight. Choose your true size for a moderate compression feel, or size up for a more relaxed, all-day fit.

While MaxSculpt™ Leggings feature ultra-compression, contoured accents, with an ultra scrunch butt - and are perfect for high-performance workouts.
- How do I choose the right size leggings for me? Because of the compression, sizes may run smaller than average. They are meant to run smaller because they stretch and provide compression. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.
- Are CoreFlow™ and MaxSculpt™ Leggings true to size? Our CoreFlow™ and MaxSculpt™ leggings are compression leggings, which means they’re designed to be snug and supportive. They may run smaller compared to traditional leggings. If you’re between sizes or prefer less compression, you may want to size up. Keep in mind that these leggings stretch to fit your shape while still providing support.
- What should I consider when sizing for sports bras? The CoreFlow™ CrossBack Sports Bra provides moderate support with removable pads and a crossback design. The MaxSculpt™ OpenBack Sports Bra is designed for high-impact activities and offers full support with an open-back design for extra mobility. - How should I care for my Athara activewear? To extend the lifespan of your Athara products, we recommend machine washing cold and laying flat to dry. If you must throw in the dryer, you can do so on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
