Don’t worry! Both the CoreFlow™ and MaxSculpt™ leggings are crafted with a four-way stretch fabric, which means they are designed to stretch and fit comfortably once worn. They may look smaller at first glance, but the fabric will adjust to your body, providing a flattering, supportive fit.

CoreFlow™ Leggings offer moderate compression and a flexible fit, with a classic, more subtle, scrunch butt - ideal for everyday use.

While MaxSculpt™ Leggings feature ultra-compression, contoured accents, with an ultra scrunch butt - and are perfect for high-performance workouts.

Compression leggings are designed to have a snug fit, so sizes may feel smaller compared to regular leggings.

Because of the compression, sizes may run smaller than average. They are meant to run smaller because they stretch and provide compression.

Yes! CoreFlow™ leggings are designed with moderate compression, which means they will fit snugly to provide support and a sculpted look. They are not as tight as high-compression leggings, but they are still fitted. If they seem small when you receive them, don’t worry—they stretch and mold to your body.

MaxSculpt™ leggings are high-compression leggings that provide enhanced muscle support and a flattering, sculpted look.

These leggings are intended to fit tightly, especially for high-impact activities. They are meant to run smaller because they stretch and provide compression.

If you prefer a looser fit for more comfort, we recommend sizing up. For an optimal fit, refer to our size chart and compare your waist, hip, and inseam measurements.

Our leggings are designed to fit snugly as they provide compression and support. The fabric will mold to your shape as you wear them. If you feel they’re too tight for your liking, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

• CoreFlow™ CrossBack Sports Bra: This bra provides moderate support with removable pads and a crossback design. It’s perfect for activities like yoga or cardio. Refer to the size chart for the best fit.
• MaxSculpt™ OpenBack Sports Bra: This bra is designed for high-impact activities and offers full support with an open-back design for extra mobility. Choose your regular size for a snug, supportive fit, or size up if you prefer more comfort.

To extend the lifespan of your Athara products, we recommend machine washing cold and laying flat to dry. If you must throw in the dryer, you can do so on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

We accept all major credit cards as well as other secure payment options available at checkout. Please note, all orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

To cancel your order, please email us at hello@iloveathara.com by 11:59 PM EST on the day of your order. There’s no guarantee we can cancel if the order has already entered production.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at hello@iloveathara.com. If the address is insufficient and the item is returned, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Yes, pre-orders are available for some out-of-stock items. Please check the product page for details or contact us at hello@iloveathara.com for more information.

“Final Sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you are happy with your choice before purchasing.

All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution facility locations in the USA.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note, processing time does not include transit time.

Once shipped, transit time typically ranges between 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to us, and you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Currently, we ship within the USA. Please stay tuned as we expand our shipping destinations in the future.

We want you to love your Athara products and experience. If for any reason your order doesn't work out, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are accepted if:

• You received the wrong item.
• You received a damaged or faulty item.

For other returns such as incorrect size, color, or if you've simply changed your mind, returns are accepted within the 14-day return window but return shipping costs will apply. For domestic US customers, return label costs will be deducted from the refund. International customers need to self-ship using a courier of their choice. Exchanges are available within the 14-day return window. You can exchange an item for the same product in a different size. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable stock, a refund will be provided. For any issues, please review exchange policies on our Refund Policy page and/or contact us at hello@iloveathara.com.

If there is a damaged product or manufacturing error, you can request a free reprint or a refund within 14 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. If you are returning your entire order, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Review our Refund Policies and instructions on our Refund Policy page.

Note: Please compare your body measurements with the size charts available on each product page before placing an order. Items returned without original tags, those that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted. Certain items like swimwear (without liner), socks, bodysuits, and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
