If you have any sizing questions, please contact us before placing an order. Compression leggings are designed to have a snug fit, so sizes may feel smaller compared to regular leggings.

CoreFlow™ Leggings offer moderate compression and a flexible fit, with a classic, more subtle, scrunch butt - ideal for everyday use. While MaxSculpt™ Leggings feature ultra-compression, contoured accents, with an ultra scrunch butt - and are perfect for high-performance workouts.
- How do I choose the right size leggings for me? Because of the compression, sizes may run smaller than average. They are meant to run smaller because they stretch and provide compression. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.
- Are CoreFlow™ and MaxSculpt™ Leggings true to size? Our CoreFlow™ and MaxSculpt™ leggings are compression leggings, which means they’re designed to be snug and supportive. They may run smaller compared to traditional leggings. If you’re between sizes or prefer less compression, you may want to size up. Keep in mind that these leggings stretch to fit your shape while still providing support.

- How should I care for my Athara activewear? To extend the lifespan of your Athara products, we recommend machine washing cold and laying flat to dry. If you must throw in the dryer, you can do so on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
